Company Registration Number 01546128. All the products on this website are supplied by Muubaa Ltd. All contracts with Muubaa Ltd and the contents of this site are displayed in English. Our products are available to you on the website subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below. We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. You may access the current version of these terms through the link at the bottom of each page of the website.



Groupon Voucher Terms & Conditions

The Groupon vouchers are one use only and there is a limit of one promotional voucher per order.

This Groupon voucher may only be redeemed at our Web site www.muubaa.co.uk or www.muubaa.com toward the purchase of products listed in the Muubaa online catalogue sold by Muubaa. They cannot be redeemed at a store or via phone or mail order.

Groupon vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the voucher is worth more than your order, the difference will not be refunded and cannot be applied to a future order; therefore, if you do not use the entire voucher amount, the difference will be lost.

Groupon vouchers cannot be used to pay for Muubaa Gift Vouchers.

Groupon vouchers cannot be used retrospectively, ie applied to orders already placed with us.

Groupon vouchers expire on 29.2.2012 This promotional voucher has a value of GBP 200 and is not transferable or assignable.
If you return the item you purchased with the voucher code then we will refund you 100% of any amount that you paid over and above the voucher value only. For example; if you purchased a £250 jacket with your £200 Groupon voucher, we will refund you £50 directly to your debit/credit card.

Exchanges are only allowed for the same style purchased and only as a result of sizing issues. Otherwise a refund will be issued as above.

Please note that voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Acceptance of an order

Our acceptance of an order takes place immediately after checkout at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged. After you have placed your order we will send you an order acknowledgement by email. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may result from the product ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation of payment or the identification of an error within the product information including price or promotion. If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. The laws of England shall govern the contract between us and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.

Your use of the products

All our merchandise is for domestic use only. If you intend to use them for business, then you must check that they are suitable. You may also invalidate any warranty if the merchandise is used for business purposes.
Using the product for domestic purposes: we will be responsible for any loss that you suffer as a result of a merchandise failure, provided the reason for its failure was reasonably foreseeable by both of us when the contract was completed.
Using the product for business purposes: we will not be responsible for any economic loss including, but not limited to, loss of profit, revenue, contracts, savings, and loss of data, goodwill or reputation.
Our maximum liability will be limited to the replacement value of the merchandise. Whether merchandise has been used for domestic or business purposes, MuuBaa does not, by law, limit or exclude its liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of duty, gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa-Electron, JCB Cards, Cirrus or Maestro. We will take all reasonable precautions, in so far as in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.
